A man in Hollis, Maine was spotted wandering town in a clown mask, with a machete duct-taped to his amputated arm. The man was attempting to imitate some clown sightings that had scared many people throughout the country in the later part of 2016. Evading police for awhile, the man hid in the woods, but was caught later in the day on Tuesday. The man was released after posting bail for $200.
